Production method: Using hard alloy as the substrate, the hole pattern is designed according to the drawing conditions, and then the processed mold is placed in a dedicated HFCVD vacuum furnace. Tantalum wire is passed through the mold hole, filled with a certain proportion of hydrogen and methane mixed gas, heated by electricity, and maintained at a specific pressure. A layer of diamond is vapor deposited in the mold hole, and then the mold is subjected to secondary processing and grinding to form a nano-sized diamond coating drawing mold.
Characteristics: Nano coated diamond molds have the characteristics of diamond, high hardness, good wear resistance, good compressive and tensile strength, and low friction coefficient.
Usage characteristics: Suitable for wet and dry pulling. The mold has a long service life, which is more than 20-30 times that of ordinary hard alloys and 5 to 10 times that of PCD molds. When the mold is scrapped, the aperture changes very little, the working surface smoothness is high, and the dimensional accuracy is high.
