PCD Wire Drawing Die
Hole size: 0.03 MM -10.0 MM
Polycrystalline diamond (PCD) is used under high-temperature compression and sintering of alloy binders. Polycrystalline diamond blanks are mainly divided into two types: non reinforced ring and reinforced ring.
Polycrystalline diamond wire drawing molds have a long service life, can provide high production efficiency, reduce downtime, and are suitable for all application ranges from large drawing to ultra fine drawing. The predictable surface quality of the wire and the free arrangement of diamond crystals ensure good roundness of the wire even under severe mold wear. The size of the billet is guaranteed, and the expected * * large hole size is obtained.
Can be used for all wet and dry drawing processes, mainly applied to larger sizes with strict wear requirements, but where surface smoothness is not very important.
Optional imported and domestic PCD die blanks.
Application:
Soft wire: copper wire, aluminum wire, brass wire, gold wire, aluminum magnesium alloy, copper-clad steel wire, etc.
Hard wire: stainless steel wire, copper plated steel wire, copper plated wire, tungsten wire, molybdenum wire, cutting wire, chromium wire, nickel wire, etc.
