Single crystal diamond (SSC/MONO) is an artificially synthesized diamond with high purity, impurity free, and high stability. These quality characteristics also make the material have extremely high hardness and stable wear resistance.

Artificially synthesized single crystal diamond has physical properties that are extremely similar to natural diamond. It is mainly used for drawing fine and ultrafine wires, or for applications that require wire surface smoothness and good heat dissipation performance.

The single crystal diamond wire drawing mold is made of high-quality mold cores, which have the advantages of uniform texture, strong wear resistance, high smoothness, high precision, and long service life. During the long-term wire drawing process, the surface smoothness and accuracy of the wire can be guaranteed. The production range of the mold inner diameter is 0.05mm-1.5mm.
