However, heat-treated products have a series of problems such as removing the oxide layer and processing accuracy. Moreover, the construction environment is very poor, and the post-treatment process requires a long time due to various issues. Even if the process flow is improved, there will still be a migration of cold drawing and atmospheric pressure production processes with less processing and less damage to raw materials in the future.

1. Equipment selection: Based on the required pulling materials and drawing equipment, the compression coefficient of each drawing die is effectively configured, thus clarifying the perspective of the working area of each drawing die.
2. Preparation of metal wire drawing raw materials: such as cleaning, rust prevention treatment, quenching, phosphating treatment, etc., to ensure the cleanliness of the raw materials.
3. Drawing powder and oil selection: Select high-quality and suitable drawing powder (lubricant, oil), and do a good job in cooling the drawing die.
4. Proper handling of mold abnormalities: If there are problems such as mold cracking, explosion, surface foaming, wire cutting, diameter reduction, broken strip, high temperature, mold blackening, or wear resistance during metal drawing, please contact professional technical personnel as soon as possible.
5. Regular replacement of hard alloy wire drawing molds: When the wire drawing mold reaches its service life, it should be replaced as soon as possible for mold repair to prevent damage to the metal wire drawing raw materials caused by the use of wire drawing molds.
